+The PTI Automatic Traffic Count data from the PTI report is from 2014-03-01 to 2014-03-25.
 The Crossing down times has been gained from the  Open Rail Data (Note3), this provides detailed information of train locations heading towards and away from the Wool Crossing. Using this information it is possible to generate an estimated crossing down times and lengths. This information was programmed into the simulation for the time between 8am and 9am:

 The simulation above is just a proof of principle, without some sort of validation it is difficult to know how accurate or inaccurate the model is.

From East to West, the ATC reported 452 where the Survey counted 371. This is probable because the ATC was taken in March, while most of the Survey data was taken in July and September.
