 The simulation above is just a proof of principle, without some sort of validation it is difficult to know how accurate or inaccurate the model is.
-There does appear to be a difference between the Auto Traffic Counts and the Manual Traffic Survey. The ATC was reporting 401 from west to east along the A352, the Survey had counted 561. From East to West, the ATC reported 452 where the Survey counted 371.
